Synopsis
Après 19 ans d’attente, Live Aid, le plus grand concert de
l’histoire du rock sort enfin en DVD. Cet événement mondial
inoubliable, qui a eu lieu sur deux continents, au stade Wembley
à Londres et au stade JFK à Philadelphie, le samedi 13 juillet 1985,
a été suivi en direct par plus de 1,5 milliards de téléspectateurs à
travers le monde. Ces concerts ont permis de récolter plus de 140
millions de dollars pour la lutte contre la famine dévastatrice en Afrique.
Ce jour-là, les plus grands artistes ont joué le meilleur de la musique
pour la population la plus pauvre du monde et ont ainsi marqué à jamais
la politique internationale…
